Custom cookies are shipped via USPS 2-3 day priority mail. We ship 5 days before your event or requested date. Cookies for specific holidays will be shipped so that they arrive in time prior to that date as indicated in the listings.
All other baked goods purchased direct through the shop are shipped via USPS 2-3 day priority mail within 5 days of ordering. Orders are typically shipped out on Monday following when you place the order.
Shipping upgrades may be available upon request.
We ship only within the United States.
Custom order invoices will be sent to the email you provide via paypayl and payment must be paid in full within 3 days to ensure your requested order date.
Sugar Buff takes great care in the packaging of our products by individually sealing and wrapping each cookie in bubble wrap. Once the cookies leave our possession we cannot be held responsible for handling by the USPS. If any item within a shipment is severely damaged or destroyed in the shipping process, we will gladly issue a refund for the item's cost. Photographic evidence of the damage will be required. Please keep all packing materials as this also may be required for proof of damage with the carrier. Sugar Buff is not responsible for minor breakage such as small chips or cracks in the icing of our decorated cookies. Sugar Buff is not responsible for damage caused by shipments being returned to us; for undeliverable packages due to an incorrect address you provided; or for a deliver delay caused by a weather event or state of emergency.
If you would like to file a damage report, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your package.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Sugar Buff takes great care in the attention to detail for each customer's order. If we make an error in color, design, or spelling on a custom order, we will happily issue you a partial or complete refund. We may require photographic proof of the error.
Our icing is made to order in small batches and variations in icing color may occur. We hand decorate each cookie, and there may be small differences among individual cookies in your order or from examples on our website. We do not issue refunds for these variations.
There are no returns available for perishable food items.
Sugar Buff makes every effort to accommodate customer requests, but because our products are made to order and require several days to complete, we cannot quarantee any order change or cancellation requests. Please contact Sugar Buff immediately if you need to change or cancel an order, and we will try to accommodate you. Due to the nature of our products however, please be aware that our default policiy is that all sales are final.
We do not make cookies with designs that are copyright protected (logos, characters) without permission from the owner.
